Keeping up with
Katie & Josh
Joshua Minczeski dropped down on one knee and asked Katherine Touchet to be his wife August 19, 2016. He filmed the whole thing on his vlog, Smash The Dash, which went viral throughout Lafayette, Louisiana. The couple met through Crossfit back in 2013 and have been best friends ever since. The both of them have been gracious enough to allow us to follow them through the planning process and document everything. The big day has been set for November 10, 2017.
